  • You cannot spend your Choice card directly in store. You have to exchange it for your selected retailer eGiftcard first. Redeem here now

GENERAL

GiftChoice is a multi-store gifting card, providing access to a wide range of retailer eGiftcards. GiftChoice focuses on giving everyone choice of where to spend – whether you fancy tackling some home improvements, splashing out on some jewellery, or treating someone to dinner.

Once you’ve bought, or received, a GiftChoice card you just need to follow the simple steps below:

1. Go to ‘Redeem your GiftChoice’
2. Scratch off the label on your card and enter your 14 digit GiftChoice code
3. Select from a range of high street retailers, restaurants and entertainment eGiftcards to use instore or online
4. Enter your email address - please double check you have this right before confirming
5. eGiftcards will be automatically sent to your email address
6. Check the retailer eGiftcard terms and conditions and then start spending!

No – you have to redeem via www.giftchoice.co.uk. Simply select Redeem your GiftChoice and follow the onscreen instructions.

Gift recipients

If you have received a GiftChoice printed card

By entering your GiftChoice code we will automatically create an account for you.

We’re unable to exchange rewards of any kind, either for an alternative or cash. eGiftcards can be re-sent if you have lost or accidentally deleted them (providing they are still valid), but we cannot replace eGiftcards that have been redeemed by a third party if the wrong email address was given at the time of placing your order.

Yes, you will need to redeem it all at once! 

No problem. Just select log-out and keep your GiftChoice code safe for next time. 

Yes it does, this will be displayed in your email or via your online account (please login to access). Once your GiftChoice code has expired, it cannot be used or reactivated in any way.

Make sure you are entering the code correctly. You need to enter the 14 digit code from your GiftChoice card or email.  If you still experience problems please click here to contact us

Each retailer has different minimum values and denominations so the system helps you choose the correct values.

This will vary by retailer, please check your eGiftcard email for full terms and conditions.

No, once your order has been processed it cannot be cancelled.

Please  click here to contact us  quoting your order number and the correct email address you would like your gift to be sent to and we will resend it for you. Unfortunately if the email address you have originally sent your gift to is in use we have no way of stopping the recipient from using your eGiftcard. Please note eGiftcards must be treated as cash and cannot be replaced.

If your eGiftcard has not arrived first of all check your SPAM folder.  SPAM settings vary by email provider and change on a regular basis.  You can click here to contact us   to the "add to address book" section to prevent any future delays. Sometimes we may experience a high volume of traffic on the website, this may in some cases result in a delay in the delivery of your gift.

This depends on the retailer. If you want to spend your eGiftcards online, before you order them we suggest you check the usage terms and conditions or check on the retailer’s website.

eGift cards will be delivered promptly to the email address entered at the checkout stage.

Once your reward has been delivered, its safekeeping is your responsibility. eGiftcards can be re-sent if you have lost or accidentally deleted them (providing they are still valid)

Once you have received the reward you can give it to anyone else.

Once you’ve spent your retailer eGiftcard you need to raise any queries directly with the retailer.

You have been sent a GiftChoice code as someone has entered your email address as the delivery location for the eGiftcard.  The sender name will appear in your GiftChoice email.  If you believe you have received a GiftChoice in error, please click here to contact us.

Occasionally there may be instances of an out of stock situation. In this event we will always recommend alternative options for you, and stock is typically updated within 48 hours.

Unfortunately Jack Wills are no longer available on the GiftChoice card. Using Browse the Shop you can view all our other Fashion brands. Retailers are subject to change, and subject to availability. Please refer to our full terms and conditions.

Have you redeemed your GiftChoice card for your retailer eGiftcard? You must take your retailer eGiftcard into store NOT the GiftChoice card. If your retailer eGiftcard isnt being accepted please follow the instruction provided from the retailer directly (these can be found on the email sent to you with the eGiftcard).

Sending a GiftChoice

First of all you need to purchase a GiftChoice code via one of three ways:

  1. Physical cards via Argos, Sainsburys and Shell
  2. Digital codes via the Post Office and selected News Agents
  3. Online via Buy a GiftChoice

Once you have your GiftChoice code follow the onscreen instructions via Send a GiftChoice.

  1. Enter your 14 digit code
  2. Enter your recipients email address
  3. Select the template you wish to use
  4. Choose when you want the code to be sent. This can be immediately or on a future date.
  5. Submit and wait for your order confirmation

Yes you can.  You can choose up to six months in advance so you never forget that important anniversary or birthday again!

You can use VISA or MasterCard debit and credit cards.

Yes - You can currently only order in £25 denominations. 

No - at the moment it is only possible to send a gift to one friend at a time.

Yes, however, the eGiftcards are currently only redeemable within the UK and we can only accept payment with a UK registered card.  GiftChoice codes are available in sterling only. 

Yes – you can send to your own email address if your recipient doesn’t have one.

An email address is needed to deliver the GiftChoice code and the retailer eGiftcards.  You can always send to yourself and help your recipient choose their eGiftcard?

Yes but your recipient will need a computer and internet access. They will receive their gift via email. They can then redeem in-store or online by following the eGiftCard instructions.

We have a wide range of templates to choose from, however uploading your own image is not currently available.

No – you can send a GiftChoice code to anyone you like as long as they have an email address and will spend in the UK.

You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been placed and a delivery confirmation email once your GiftChoice code has been sent.

Please click here to contact us  immediately quoting your order number and the correct email address you would like your GiftChoice code to be sent to and we will resend it for you. Unfortunately if the email address you have originally sent your gift to is in use we have no way of stopping the recipient from using the GiftChoice code.  If the GiftChoice code has already been redeemed then we cannot replace. 

Yes - You can check the status of your orders within your GiftChoice account. Simply Login, by entering your email address and you will be sent a one time link to access your account.

Once a GiftChoice code has been ordered it needs to be treated like cash.  Refunds cannot be provided.

Payments

Please check you have entered all your details correctly.  You need to submit your postcode as well as your card number and CVV.  If you are having problems with unsuccessful payment, please try using another web browser such as Google Chrome. For further help please click here to contact us

Sometimes orders go through an additional verification process and we may contact you for additional information.

Additional information may include, but is not limited to:

  • A valid government-issued ID, such as a passport or driving license. 
  • A recent official letter with your full name and up to date address.
  • A photo image of the credit card used. We only need to see the name and last four digits on the card, so feel free to block any other details.

Please note that digital bills or scanned/photocopied images will not be accepted. We will request photo images of all requested documents. 

Note: We do not share the information you provide. We require it solely to protect your security.

If you've received an unauthorised charge on your credit card, please contact GiftChoice Customer Support at click here to contact us with the following information:

The last 4 digits of the credit card
The date and amount charged

Orders may be cancelled when further verification is required. If you have placed an order and it is not processed within 1 hour please check the email associated with your account, as you may have received a request for more information.

GiftChoice do not store any payment details.  Each time you purchase a GiftChoice code you will need to enter your card details.

Spending my eGiftcards

If you receive an invalid error message when trying to redeem your eGiftcard, please double check that you have entered the redemption details correctly. If you still receive the same error message, please contact our Customer support team at click here to contact us

Please include the following information when you contact support: 

Online redemption: 

  • eGiftcard brand and monetary value.
  • Your order number, which you can find on your email confirmation
  • The date and time you tried to redeem the gift card.
  • A screenshot of the error message you receive when trying to redeem the eGiftcard.

In-store redemption:

  • eGiftcard brand and monetary value.
  • Your order number, which you can find on your email confirmation
  • The date and time you tried to redeem the gift card.
  • An image of the decline slip.
  • The address of the store location at which you tried to redeem the eGiftcard

Once you’ve spent your retailer eGiftcard you need to raise any queries directly with the retailer.
